Where are you located?

Our warehouse and office are located at 12b Te Kea Place, Albany Auckland, Auckland 0632.

Goods can be collected directly from our warehouse Monday to Friday between 9.30 AM and 4.00 PM. Please select 'Click & Collect' when ordering online and we will have your order ready and waiting for you.

How do I select specific colours and types?

If you would like to specify the colour or the specific type of item just type the information into the delivery details.

Why don't you offer full service, like fruit and vege?


How long will my delivery take?

Normally delivery within the Auckland Metropolitan area is on the next working day. North Island deliveries normally take between 2 - 3 working days, South Island 3 - 4 working days. Please note that rural deliveries may take extra time.

Nappies Direct dispatch orders promptly as we know how important the delivery is to you.

*The above times are approximate, however there are some instances where you can experience a delay. This is mostly due to overloading of courier service. We do not take responsibility of the courier companies delay, but we will do our best to chase up your delivery.

Public Holidays

Please be aware that many suppliers and manufacturers close over holiday periods and deliveries may not be made by most couriers on public holidays.

Although processing any and all orders during these times may be delayed, Nappies Direct will endeavour to process orders as best we can and keep customers informed as to approximate delivery times, but is in no way accountable for delays beyond our control.

Discount Codes

How do I use Discount Coupon Codes?To use your Discount Code, simply add the code to the Discount Code field at the bottom of your Shopping Cart.

Your discount will then be automatically applied to your order.

Please note:
  • You need to be registered and logged into the www.nappies.co.nz website for the Discount Code to be applied to your order
  • The Discount Codes are case sensitive

Is there are minimum spend for the discount to apply?Some codes do require you to spend a minimum amount for the discount to apply.

For example the following rules apply to the use of code 'B5':
  • To use code B5 you must spend over $10

Do you accept international credit cards?  Currently we can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to a New Zealand address. Please fill in all your contact details in the billing address box including your phone number and email address. For the shipping information, please enter the correct information in the appropriate field

We use a wide array of electronic & physical security measure and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access.


How do I make an exchange?


If you have a box of nappies that has been unopened and is in good condition for resale then we are happy to swap for a larger size. This happens all the time! Husbands buying the wrong size or baby simply growing too fast!

You will be charged the difference in price of the boxes of nappies (if any) and the cost of freight to deliver you new box and collect the old box. We cannot accept goods that were purchased over 3 months ago, as we need to make sure that we can re-sell the box with the latest product developments.

Freight-forwarding cost to swap boxes:

South Island$25

You can choose to ship the goods to us directly at your own cost.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products we are unable to accept returns when a box has been opened.
