Orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers.
Nappies Direct will ship orders within New Zealand for approximately $3.99 in Auckland; $6.99 anywhere else in New Zealand per order.

Nappies Direct will ship in-stock goods within 24-hours.
You will be contacted by our Customer Services team if there is any reason why your goods cannot be shipped out from our warehouse within 24-hours.
Nappies Direct Pharmacy goods are shipped within 48-hours from your order. You may need to be contacted by our Pharmacist, Anthony Yee, before some Pharmacy goods are dispatched.
Some larger goods may be shipped from the manufacturer or a distributor.
Nappies Direct does not ship to international destinations.
Please allow 1-3 business days for arrival. If you live in a rural district, eg. RD1, please allow an additional 3 days for delivery.
1. If you have a box of nappies that has been unopened and is in good condition for resale then we are happy to swap for a larger size. This happens all the time! Husbands buying the wrong size or baby simply growing too fast!
You will be charged the difference in price of the boxes of nappies and the cost of freight to deliver you new box and collect the old box.

North Island $15
South Island $20
You can choose to ship the goods to us directly at your own cost.
2. Due to the hygienic nature of our products we are unable to accept returns when a box has been opened.
