Raspberry & White Choc Ice Cream
Ingredients
1 cup MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder
1/4 cup warm water
1 1/4 cups NESTLE White Melts, melted
395g can HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk
600 mL cream, whipped
grated rind of 1 lime
2 cups frozen raspberries
Method
1. Line a 22cm x 11cm metal loaf tin with plastic wrap.
2. Combine MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder and water. Whisk in melted NESTLE White Melts.
3. Then whisk in HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk. Fold through whipped cream, lime rind and raspberries.
4. Pour into tin, freeze overnight until firm.
5. Serve sliced, with extra raspberries.
