What are the Delivery Charges?

Delivery rates differ between regions, all rates can be seen by clicking on Delivery Rates at the bottom of our home page.
Please note that all Rural deliveries require an additional charge of $3.99.

How long will my delivery take?

Normally delivery within the Auckland Metropolitan area is on the next working day. North Island deliveries normally take between 2 working days, South Island 3 working days. Please note that rural deliveries may take extra time.
If you need your order on the same day you can get a same day delivery within the Auckland Metropolitan area, all orders need to placed by lunchtime that day.

Nappies direct dispatch orders promptly as we know how important the delivery is to you.

*The above times are approximate, however there are some instances where you can experience a delay. This is mostly due to overloading of courier service. We do not take responsibility of the courier companies delay, but we will do our best to chase up your delivery.

How can I pay?

There are a few payment options available:

*Bank / Internet payments
*Nappy Bank
*Vouchers

Sorry we do not accept cash on delivery, you can pay cash if you pick up from us.
Credit Card payments are processed instantly.
Bank and Internet payments can be made, as soon as the payment shows in the bank the order will be dispatched. Please contact us via e-mail info@nappies.co.nz or call 0508nappies for bank details. Please ensure you use your surname as a reference for the payment.
Nappy Bank payments can be as much or as little as you like into your nappy account by making regular deposits or put in money when ever it suits you. For further information click on the About Us tab then click on Nappy Bank.
Voucher payments. We accept AA reward vouchers and Nappies Direct Vouchers. If you have a voucher place order as usual, in the payment option click Voucher then add voucher type. AA vouchers can be sent to Nappies Direct Po Box 303146 North Harbour Auckland 0751. When we receive you voucher(s) your order will be dispatched.


How do I make an exchange?

Nappies.
If you have ordered the incorrect size or baby has grown out of the size you can exchange for the correct size. The box must be in re sellable condition and all the plastic inners must be unopened. We will arrange for the Nappies to be collected and the correct size delivered, you will be charged for the difference in cost of the nappies and for the courier to collect and deliver. Please phone 0508nappies and we can arrange the exchange for you.

How do I select specific colours and types?

If you would like to specify the colour or the specific type of item just type the information into the delivery details.
