Double Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
150g butter
120g NESTLE Cooking Chocolate
60g butter
80g NESTLE White Melts
5 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 tsp NESCAFE Classic Instant Coffee
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup NESTLE Baking Cocoa
Method
1. Melt together butter and NESTLE Cooking Chocolate, cool. In separate bowl, melt together extra butter and NESTLE White Melts, cool. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until light and creamy, fold in flour, NESTLE Baking Cocoa and NESCAFE Classic Instant Coffee.
2. Stir white chocolate mixture through 1/3 of cake mix, then stir dark chocolate mixture through remaining cake mix. Pour chocolate mixture into greased and lined 18cm x 28cm lamington pan, top with white chocolate mixture.
3. Bake in 180oC oven 40 minutes until cooked, cool completely, refrigerate 1 1/2 hours, cut into 20 squares. If desired, dust with NESTLE Baking Cocoa.
