Hi,I just wanted to say thanks for the great customer service the other day. It was a nice surprise opening the box to find some little treats in place of the out of stock item I ordered. It was also nice to receive a prompt phonecall to let me know that you were out of stock and to give me the opportunity to select something else while juggling two babies and a fuzzy brain without even once being made to feel like a dithering pain in the arse. I think that you provide an excellent service and I have been really impressed with every order I make.At some stage last year I decided to switch to another brand of nappies (using another company) as it was cheaper and things were a bit tight so we were trying to save money wherever possible. Anyway, after a few months I received an email from you offering a discount if I used you again and so I did. I have continued to use you ever since because I realised that it is well worth paying slightly more for a better quality product and a much better service!! Hi there! Just wanted to thank you for the prompt delivery of my FIRST order from Nappies Direct. My oldest is 3.5 and I have no idea why I've waited so long to use you! I loved the "package deal" with tissues and wipes included, and the bonus of a WHOLE BOX of instant Cappuccino. Thank you! I have to admit, my motivation to use you was the Southern Cross member sipper cup offer. But now that I've looked at your prices I think I will get my Huggies from you, rather than hopping around different supermarkets to get the best deal. It's my observation in the last year that the supermarket nappy specials I enjoyed with my first daughter 3 years ago are just not around now. Hi guys. I was having a really tough day with my little 2 year old daughter. She broke one of my favourite mugs and wasn't being very pleasant. Then my order of nappies came. I opened the package up and inside was a little goody bag for Mum. Included was 10 sachets of Nescafe Latte! And on the packing slip was a wee note - "Big hugs to your little princess". It really made my day and got me to remember that my toddler is just a little princess and it was me who was in the bad mood. So I sat down with my latte and cuddled up to her. Thanks! Lisa

Dear Nappies Direct, Thank you so much for your very timely call asking if I would like to place an order. I’m a Navy wife and my husband is currently on his second deployment of 3 months this year and I have been experiencing the worst time with feeling ill and tired and having all three of my boys come down with the worst tummy bug. My little one, Scott is still not better and is now entering his 3rd week with a virus which has had him suffer fever, coughs, runny nose, vomiting and now diarrhea (we were down to our very last nappy when your delivery arrived). Good Morning I just wanted to say thank you for such great service, you would have to be the most efficient company I deal with online with getting orders out and I love the little messages you always write on the packing slip. I do have one question though, when you order some products (i.e. the Bath critters) that have more than one choice there is no option to select which one you want. Hi, hope you are well. I would just like to say a very big thank you. Wow I am so impressed with the service I have received. I tried to order my nappies on line on Thursday night and did not get it right I then phoned you guys and left a message. Friday morning I received a phone call from a very friendly lady who explained that I was not registered and that is why I could not place the order. Silly me but the lady did not make me feel stupid in the slightest. She then took my order and to my amazement I received my nappies that afternoon. Wow now that is quick service and then to make things even better I received a hand written card to welcome me to the team. That just made my day. I had heard about nappies direct through so many people and had seen you on the recent television ads. With the recent birth of my second son I was so excited to shop using your website. I placed my order on saturday evening and was so shocked when it turned up on monday afternoon! A big thank you from me, Stacey and baby William for the care you have gone to to track down the lost nappies to Christchurch.Stacey rang me yesterday to say they had arrived and the gifts inside where incredible. Thank you so much, Stacey has a hard road ahead of her with William and his cancer but she has such a positive attitude, we, as her family simply follow her lead.William's tumor (with the help of Chemo) has shrunk down to 2 cm and come away from around his spine but unfortunately is now sitting on the main nerve of his left leg, so surgery is delayed unit specialists can be brought in. Yesterday he learnt to cry, a sound we haven't heard before because the chemo had paralyzed the left side of his larynx .So your thoughtful gift was so appreciated. It gives us faith in the business sector to know their are still companies around with a heart.I have attached a photo of William taken 2 weeks ago, the feeding tube through the nose is for feeding and he also has a permanent shunt in his tummy for the chemo, bloods etc. So once again on behalf of Stacey and William thank you.
