The Gemini infant is a very restless baby – a very light sleeper, a baby that is quick to take notice of the world around him or her and who demands a lot of attention. Gemini children need to feel in close communication with other members of the household – so leave the bedroom door ajar when you tuck them into their cot; and leave a night-light burning too, for they are very imaginative and many feel frightened of the dark.
Teething will be a problem, and the baby will be especially fractious during this period. Once at the crawling stage, it will be well nigh impossible to keep your Gemini baby from exploring their surroundings. This is the precocious type of child who learns to read – and to learn anything else – much earlier, and quicker, than other youngsters. But care must be taken to see that they do not overtax their nervous systems in striving to excel.
As a teenager, your child will be ‘into’ everything that will keep him or her in the swim with companions of the same age. Creative talents will come more and more to the fore then. This type of child is, fortunately, slow to mature so you need not worry about what will happen through constant contact with the opposite sex.
When the time comes for your Gemini son or daughter to leave school, training college or university the career they embark on will be likely to get off to a most promising start. Armed with the maximum amount of A-levels for an opportunity to take on a job that will offer very bright prospects for rapid self-advancement. Indeed, Geminians are much more likely to achieve spectacular success in their careers before they are thirty years of age than any of the other zodiac groups. That is, providing they do not chop and change the nature of their work too often, for Gemini finds it so hard to stick to anything for long once it has become a matter of familiar routine.
